RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Micronomics is looking for qualified individuals to interview for a Research Associate position currently available at the firm. Research Associates are responsible for conducting industry and market research, developing complex economic and financial analyses, reviewing and summarizing client documents, and managing the integrity and accuracy of analyses conducted in support of client consulting and expert testimony.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field. The Research Associate position requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Micronomics seeks dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to write and communicate clearly. Research Associates are expected to apply economic theory and knowledge to real world situations, analyze information in pursuit of solving problems, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate well with other team members, including senior staff, as well as clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a necessity; work experience in a related field or knowledge of SAS is a significant plus.

SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Micronomics is an economic research and consulting firm that engages in the application of economic theory and analysis of complex business issues, particularly those relating to intellectual property and antitrust litigation.

Micronomics is looking for qualified individuals to interview for a Senior Research Associate position currently available at the firm. Senior Research Associates assist in the research and analysis of issues relevant to cases/projects and are responsible for the collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of data to meet case/project requirements. Individuals should be able to effectively apply economic theory and statistical techniques to analyze client data.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in economics or a related field and 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience. The Senior Research Associate position requires strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
